I’M EXCITED! HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders can take 3-5 business days (and on rare occasions more) to process before shipping. Once shipped, packages are generally received within 5 business days of the shipment date for orders within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available. Please note that in each case, we strive to ship items as fast as possible.

First Class (3-5 business days once shipped)
Priority (2-3 business days once shipped)
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days once shipped.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes, all Teach Hustle Inspire products are unisex and run true to size.

WHY DID THE PRICE CHANGE?
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (sales, promotions, etc.) Upon payment, the price of your order is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Upon packaging, all customers are sent tracking information for their orders. If you did not receive this information, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. For additional questions, feel free to reach out to us at: [email protected]


WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
You are emailed a tracking number as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and the status of your tracked package will update as soon as USPS scans your order. Please note is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days and this does not mean an order is lost. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

MY ORDER TRACKING SHOWS A STATUS OF “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once in the hands of the Post Office, USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – HOW CAN THIS BE RESOLVED?
Please accept our apology for the mix-up! Feel free to send us an email at [email protected] to notify us of the issue and we will work to correct your order as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number, and email address used to place the order. Please be sure to specify the concern with details including the actual product you received vs what was ordered. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Please note that any item purchased is a final sale and not eligible for returns. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using discount codes. However, in the instance of an error or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange or full refund. We will gladly fix any mistakes or manufacturing issues made by Teach Hustle Inspire. I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

We are limited to one (1) discount code per order, including free shipping codes when available.
